Promenade

The great Garden of Atene. It houses several temples to the gods, the greatest of which is the Patron of the Village, Atena. Scattered throughout the garden are statues of the various gods, as well as thousands of flowers and several wild animals that never seem to leave the Promenade gates. Hundreds of people mill about the Promenade on an almost daily basis, as it's one of the great focal points for thinking in Shinwakagure. It is considered the most beautiful natural garden in the entirety of Shinwakagure, but it's mostly due to its serenity and size then it's true beauty. Those who are faithful usually attend the Temple of Atena at least once a day, as well as pay respect to their Patron God.

Athenaeum

The greatest library in the known world, it houses over six hundred thousand books and is the largest building in the entirety of Atene Within the library lies row upon row of bookshelves, each section ordered by topic. Beneath the library lies a great fortress, containing the archives of the library and enough space to store most of the residence of Atene. It is known as The Bunker to the villagers of Atene, and connects, underground, to Aigyptos. To travel to Aigyptos through the Bunker is far quicker then scaling the Mountain, however it is only used under special circumstances.

The Coliseum

The Coliseum is the greatest spectacle of all of Atene. It is the largest standing naturally formed foundation in the village. Appearing to be a handcrafted battle arena, it is however another of the mysteries of the Reihei Country. Local mythology says that Aresu created the Arena to be the longest lasting colliseum in existence. It has four hundred and thirty two marble columns holdings its outer walls up, as well as the spectator stands, and the floor of the main arena is filled with sand to absorb the blood of fallen warriors. Tournaments are regularly held at night within its domain to challenge all warriors of the nation, as well as their faith to the gods.

Temple of Atena

Within the city lies a Temple to Atena, it's directly in the center of the Promenade and is housed in a small temple. Within the temple walls is a fountain, from which sprouts an olive tree, it is said that if you were to take a golden coin and throw it into the water, than Atena herself will appear before you and grant you one great victory in battle. Warriors of Atene come here often to pray for a good battle, even mercenaries are known to visit it for luck. It is also legend of the building, that if you are to ever kiss in the building then you must face the wrath of a horrible beast.

Vasiliás' Residence

The residence, and office, of the Leader of Atene. It also serves as the Kage Office should the Kage for that period be from Atene. It is a large building that is at the end of a long walkway directly next to the Ieró Monopáti, the Sacred Path to the Hall of Gods. It is dwarfed by the mountain behind it, and is modestly the same size as regular homes of the citizens. The front of the house, however, seems to have a much higher grandeur, as it is two double doors against white and black marble set against ever blazing green flames.
