| The Silver Forest is the massive and beautiful forest surrounding Kurayamigakure. The trees in the forest consist of ones the height of a grown man, to towering like a highrise building. The trees had to adapt to the low sunlight in the area and now are able to use moonlight as energy. A result of the light is the trees leaves are all a shiny silver or white color with a light grey bark, which is how the forest gained its name. The forest is also host to a variety of nocturnal animals, the most fascinating is the purple tiger, which is native to the land and is well protected by the villagers.

It got it's name from the looks of the inside of the cavern, because it is pitch black besides the glow of the different colored gems in the wall and when one is standing there staring at the black with different colored shines in it, it looks as though they are staring into space. The caves are only gone into by the villagers maybe once a month, on account of the hostile Celestials that live there. They are pitch black beings obsessed with the gems in the cave and attach them all over their bodies, so when they charge at people in the cave it looks as though a Constillation is charging at them.

The tree is hollowed out and steps have been carved out of the outside bark to allow for a scenic asent to the kages office itself at the very top of the tree. In the kages office the cieling and walls are all made of glass to allow maximum moonlight in to make his work easier.

It gots it name from the fact that because the water is so clear, on a night where the water is calm, the reflection of the moon looks so perfect it seems like it is a second moon in the water. Along the coast of the lake are many fisherman huts and many animals come to the lake often to get drinks or jump into the water.
